On Tuesday, February 9, 2016, Antioch Police conducted an undercover operation at Far East Massage parlor which is located in the 2300 block of Buchanan Road in Antioch. During the operation, an undercover officer paid for a massage. During the massage, Jung Li, the masseuse, solicited the officer. Jung Li offered to exchange sexual acts for the officer’s money.

Li was arrested and later released with a citation.

This undercover operation was conducted after receiving numerous complaints about the establishment.

On the same day, at 3:05 p.m., the Antioch Police Department conducted an  undercover operation at the Massage Spa massage parlor which is located in the 4600 block of Golf Course Road at Lone Tree Way in Antioch. During the operation, an undercover officer paid for a massage.

During the massage, Shoumei Zhang, the masseuse, solicited the officer. Zhang offered to exchange sexual acts for the officer’s money. Zhang was arrested and released after being issued a citation.

This undercover operation was conducted after receiving numerous complaints about the establishment.
