The Celebrate Antioch Foundation, which hosted the 2014 Holiday Delites Celebration on December 6 in Antioch’s historic downtown Rivertown, have announced the winners of the parade competition. Following are the winners of the various categories. The celebration continued with the City Christmas Tree Lighting, followed by the Lighted Boat Parade on the river.
