Celia’s Mexican Restaurant will close early on July 4th
NOTE: Their ad in the July issue of the Antioch Herald showed they would be open until 11:30 p.m., after the fireworks. They have decided to instead close at 8:00 p.m. Now, their staff can enjoy the fireworks, as well.
