Well if we are celebrating lunacy, why not throw in National Section 8 day? It can also be used to celebrate the crackheads and criminals in the fine city of Antioch.

Let’s roll it all together as National Lunacy Day in Antioch. Feral cats,, crackheads, drug dealers, prostitutes and child molesters can all be placed on a pedestal.
