Guy Fieri, of TV food show fame, opens Johnny Garlic’s Restaurant in Brentwood
Johnny Garlic’s, a Guy Fieri Signature Restaurant, by Food Network® star Guy Fieri, host of Diners Drive-ins and Dives, Guy’s Big Bite and Guy’s Grocery Games, announces today’s opening of its newest location in Brentwood, Northern California.
Open seven days a week, Johnny Garlic’s is located at 2505 Sand Creek Road #120 in the Streets of Brentwood lifestyle shopping center, and is open Monday through Thursday from 4:30 pm to Midnight, and Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 11:30 am to midnight.
Johnny Garlic’s diverse menu, created by Guy Fieri, includes such signature dishes as Cajun Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo, Apricot Jalapeño Cedar Planked Roasted Salmon, Applewood Bacon-Wrapped Shrimp and Cherry Barbecue Baby Back Ribs, as well as a varied selection of salads, epic burgers, pastas and flatbreads. Beyond featuring Chef’s Creations seen on Guy’s Big Bite, one of Guy’s Food Network shows, Johnny Garlic’s offers, for the more adventurous, the Hunters Creation, named after Guy’s son Hunter, which will showcase rotating exotic game selections from Mother Nature’s Wild Kingdom such as antelope, elk, alligator, wild boar, ostrich, rattlesnake and rabbit.

The opening of Johnny Garlic’s will boost the local economy by employing nearly 100 people in the Brentwood area for front and heart-of-house restaurant positions.
