Another shooting and still no answers. Just the same old can’t release more info at this time. Is it a drug war? Do we have gangs fighting each other or is it the same lunatic targeting men who are 20 – 40 in Antioch? I’ll tell you this much, I get real nervous now when I’m walking around Antioch. Its too bad that I have to worry about this because the violence is probably not at all random like the way its been characterized. You can’t hold the APD responsible when others commit crimes, but they are responsible if more people get hurt because they weren’t aware of the risk from walking around town.

Chief Cantando gave a report that says crime is down. Mayor Harper said he only gets letters asking for speed bumps and Antioch is very safe.
