Antioch Police Department launches Community Feedback Hotline

By Antioch Police Department

Your feedback regarding recent events involving APD members matters.

In furtherance of our desire to be held accountable to those we serve, we have created a special hotline where community members can leave a message with their feedback. These messages will be shared with Chief Steve Ford, his executive command staff, and members of our Professional Standards Unit.

The APD Community Feedback hotline can be reached by dialing (925) 779-6801.

In addition, community members can email their comments to APDCommunityFeedback@antiochca.gov

We respectfully ask those wishing to provide feedback to please use this hotline or email instead of calling our Dispatch Center. It is important to keep Dispatch lines open to members of the community needing a police response.

Chief Ford will be hosting several community listening sessions. We will be announcing the dates/times and locations for these listening sessions in the near future.

The allegations against some of our members are taken very seriously and are under independent external investigation. While these investigations often take time, Chief Ford is committed to sharing the findings and being transparent with his actions once it is appropriate to do so.
