  • ·On 6/8/16 at 9:00 pm, officers responded to 54 Belshaw St. for a reported vehicle fire. Upon arrival, the vehicle was found to be overheating with steam coming from the radiator and not on fire. The resident was contacted and 50 year old Charles King was found to have a no bail warrant. He was arrested without incident and booked into county jail.
  • ·On 6/8/16 at 8:23 pm, officers were dispatched to Lucky’s on E. 18th St. for a report of an assault. Upon arrival, officers contacted 35 year old Dawanna Hall who had outstanding warrants for her arrest. She was arrested and released on a citation to appear. The original assault was determined to be unfounded.
  • ·On 6/8/16 at 8:11 pm, officers were dispatched to the area of Fellowship Church at 4873 Lone Tree Way on a report of a male talking to vehicles in the parking lot. Upon arrival, officers located 29 year old Michael Welch who matched the description provided by the callers. Officers observed Welch was under the influence of a controlled substance and was taken into custody. Welch was booked into county jail.
  • ·On 6/8/16 at 7:54 pm, 20 year old Deandre Burns was contacted at Auto Center Dr. and Sycamore Dr. and found to have two warrants for his arrest. He was taken into custody without incident and sent to county jail.
  • ·On 6/8/16 at 5:17 pm, 32 year old Gary Kennedy was contacted walking down the street near L St. and W. 18th St. and arrested on an outstanding warrant for auto theft and probation violation. He was booked into county jail.
  • ·On 6/8/16 at 9:22 am, after investigating another call in the area, officers contacted 26 year old Estuate Faiva sleeping in a suspicious vehicle near Russell Dr. and Lawrence Ave. The Honda Faiva was in had a shaved key in the ignition and he did not have a good excuse as to how he got it. Faiva was detained and searched. He had more than 8 grams of methamphetamine on his person, and he had credit card readers/skimming equipment in a backpack. The registered owner of the vehicle out of Pittsburg could not be reached immediately. Faiva was sent to county jail for several felony charges.
  • ·On 6/8/16 at 1:28 am, 45 year old Justin Wojkowski was found at the Somersville Car Wash, located at 3103 Delta Fair Blvd. and had a warrant for his arrest for drug charges. Wojkowski was arrested without incident and sent to county jail.
  • ·On 6/7/16 at 11:21 am, officers responded to a report of the front door open at 2912 Delta Fair Blvd. This is the now vacant location for the relocated Rent-A-Center and new popular spot for transients. 34 year old Sarah Jaramillo was contacted inside and arrested on a no-cite warrant. Property Management was notified of the unsecured door and had an unknown response time to secure it. Jaramillo was booked into county jail.
  • ·On 6/6/16 at 10:20 pm, two homeless men left a bicycle near a homeless camp in the Fulton Shipyard Rd. and Wilbur Ave. area. When they attempted to retrieve the bike, another homeless male, 50 year old Douglas Oshea struck one of them in the face with a metal pipe. The victim received a laceration to his lip and several broken teeth, but refused medical treatment. Oshea fled into a field to the east and possibly into the Antioch Dunes. Oshea was not located and probable cause was issued for his arrest.
  • ·On 6/6/16 at 4:33 am, we had three garbage can fires on ‘A’ St. between 17th St. and 20th St. Witnesses described the responsibles as an adult male and an adult female in a Mitsubishi Galant. The responsibles were not located.
  • ·On 6/6/16 at 12:22 am, officers responded to an alarm at Goodwill on W 10th St. 23 year old Pedro Fuentes was contacted climbing over one of the gates to the business. Fuentes was arrested and released on a citation for trespassing.
  • ·On 6/5/16 at 11:31 pm, an officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle driven by 25 year old Avery Gibbs for vehicle code violations. Gibbs was found to be on parole for robbery and also had a $350,000 warrant out of Oakland for pimping and human traffic king of minors. Gibbs was arrested without incident and booked at county jail. Oakland PD was notified.
  • ·On 6/5/16 at 10:02 pm, 56 year old Antonio Ramos entered Wal-Mart and was seen concealing various items. Ramos exited the store without paying for the items and was detained by a loss prevention employee. Ramos also had a no-cite warrant from a prior theft case. Ramos was booked at county jail.
  • ·On 6/5/16 at 8:20 pm, two officers noticed 18 year old KC Holland walking near W. 9th St. and A St. and were aware that she had a warrant for her arrest. Holland was arrested without incident. During a search incident to her arrest, Holland was found to be in possession of heroin, baking powder, and associated paraphernalia. Holland was transported to county jail.
  • ·On 6/5/16 at 3:48 pm, an officer observed 27 year old David Bickham walking near Linden Pl. and Linden Way and was aware that Bickham had warrants for his arrest. Bickham was arrested without incident and booked at county jail.
  • ·On 6/5/16 at 2:37 pm, an officer was on patrol in the Sycamore Dr. area when he observed 20 year old Francisco Ramirez standing in front of 2105 Lemontree Way. The officer had probable cause to arrest Ramirez from a robbery case he took on 4/30/16 from Smart and Final (2638 Somersville Rd). Ramirez was arrested without incident and booked at county jail.
  • ·On 6/5/16 at 7:47 am, an officer conducted a pedestrian stop on 47 year old Derek Jones at Grocery Outlet, 1818 A St. Jones initially lied about his name, but was found to have a felony warrant once his true identity was confirmed. Jones was arrested and booked at county jail.
  • ·On 6/5/16 at 4:57 am, APD dispatch received a call, from an off-duty city corp yard worker on his way home, of a collision involving a black Dodge truck knocking down a light pole at the intersection of E 18th St. and Vineyard Dr. and attempting to drive away. Due to all units being tied up on other priority calls, there was a delay in the response. As units became available, they responded. Officers spotted 22 year old Marco Talevera driving his crashed truck on a flat tire and broken rim west on East 18th St. near Alhambra Dr. with family members following behind. A traffic stop was made and Talavera was found to be intoxicated. Family members stated he called asking for help and he admitted to the collision. He was booked into county jail after submitting to a blood draw. Corp yard personnel responded and cleared the downed light pole.
  • ·On 6/5/16 at 4:18 am, officers observed 37 year old Susan Ornellas walking from W. 18th St. onto Tulip Dr. and knew she had multiple warrants for her arrest. She was contacted and arrested without incident. She was transported to county jail.
  • ·On 6/5/16 at 4:33 am, 27 year old Hilary Prickett was traveling south on Hillcrest Ave when she went off the roadway and crashed into a city light pole. Prickett was contacted on scene and displayed signs of being under the influence of an alcoholic beverage. Prickett was placed under arrest for DUI and transported to the hospital for injuries sustained during the collision. She consented to a blood draw and was later released at the hospital pending further. The light pole had moderate damage and a note was left for the Corp Yard to respond during normal business hours to repair the light.
  • ·On 6/4/16 at 10:05 pm, 41 year old Tony Gawad was spotted on his front porch in the 800 block of W 11th St. He was contacted and taken into custody without incident for an outstanding arrest warrant. He was booked into county jail.
  • ·On 6/4/16 at 9:27 pm, officers were dispatched to the 1200 block of Putnam St. for a hit and run accident. While en route, it was learned the occupants from the responsible vehicle fled on foot running west on Putnam St. Officers located 19 year old Max Prado and another subject in the church parking lot located at 3015 Rio Grande Dr. Both were bleeding badly from different cuts on their body. Officers responded to the Putnam address and learned Prado was traveling east on Putnam Street at a very high rate of speed and lost control of his vehicle. Prado hit a curb, a light pole, then drove across the front yard of 1203 Putnam Street and ultimately crashed into a parked vehicle in the driveway of this home. Prado was identified as the driver of the vehicle during an infield line up. Prado displayed symptoms of being under the influence of an alcoholic beverage and narcotic and was arrested for DUI. An ambulance responded and transported both subjects to the hospital. Prado consented to a blood sample and was later released at the hospital per pending further investigation. The other subject was treated for his injuries and released. PG&E responded for exposed wires and the Corp Yard staff responded for the downed light pole.
  • ·On 6/4/16 at 8:30 pm, officers were dispatched to 72 Russell Dr. for a hit and run that just occurred. Upon arrival, officers located a Ford Escape crashed into a city tree that was along the sidewalk in front of the listed location. The tree was knocked over blocking the north sidewalk and the driver fled on foot toward Lawton Street. The corp yard responded to remove the tree from blocking the sidewalk. Officers later responded to the registered owner’s address in the 2300 Block of D St. but received no answer at the door.
  • ·On 6/4/16 at 8:24 pm, officers were dispatched to the 4500 block of Bonraven Way for a report of a man with a gun. Upon arrival, officers located 40 year old Stephen Bonovich leaving the scene in his vehicle. A traffic stop was conducted and Bonovich advised officers he had a firearm. Bonovich was arrested without incident and the firearm was recovered. It was also learned there was probable cause to arrest Bonovich from a prior domestic case. Bonovich was arrested for both cases and sent to county jail.
  • ·On 6/3/16 at 5:50 am, 33 year old Adrian Caulboy was observed driving recklessly on Buchanan Rd. driving through two red lights and travelling at a high speed on W. Tregallas Rd. A traffic stop was attempted on him while entering east bound Highway 4 from A Steet. Caulboy accelerated away from Officers and failed to yield. Officers pursued Caulboy from Antioch to Oakley and ultimately ended when he foot bailed from the vehicle in a residential neighborhood. A perimeter was set up and after an extensive search, Caulboy was not located. Officers were able to identify the driver from prior booking photos as Adrian Caulboy and we cleared the scene. A short time later we received information of a male matching Caulboy’s description was seen walking from Freedom High School on Brown Road. Officers responded and located Caulboy in a nearby neighborhood. He was placed under arrest without incident. Caulboy was transported to county jail on several felony charges.
  • ·On 6/2/16 at 1:15 pm, while driving in the Wells Fargo lot at 18th St. at A St., 49 year old Marcelle Johnson got mad at another driver and a road-rage incident ensued. Johnson exited his vehicle and vandalized the victim’s car with a CLUB (theft device), and then reached into the window and hit the victim in the head with it. Afterwards, Johnson fled in his vehicle driving over a curb and flattening two of his tires. Johnson was located in the area and attempted to walk away from his car. He was detained and found to be on parole. He was arrested for the assault and sent to the county jail. The victim sustained mostly minor injuries and he did not wish to go to the hospital.
  • ·On 6/2/16 at 10:44 am, an Antioch traffic officer conducted a traffic stop on 32 year old Paris Robinson at Somersville Rd. and Delta Fair Blvd. and found out that she was driving a stolen vehicle. She was compliant and taken into custody without incident. The vehicle was recovered and she was booked into the county jail.
  • ·On 6/2/16 at 8:43 am, 37 year old Temu Curry was contacted on a routine traffic stop in the area of Lone Tree Way and E. Tregallas Rd. and found to have an 8 million dollar warrant out of SF for murder and explosives. He was compliant and taken into custody. He had been hiding out in Antioch at his girlfriend’s residence. SFPD Inspectors were contacted by APD and notified of Curry’s arrest. Curry was booked into county jail.
