How was this named #1 Soul food restaurant? It is the only one so shouldn’t qualify.

It’s their location in Oakland that received the designation of the #1 Soul Food Restaurant in the Bay Area. But, if they serve the same food at their Antioch location, it gets to be included.
There are other soul food restaurants in Antioch. We’ll see which one gets #1 in our 2016 People’s Choice Awards. Ballots are being tabulated, this week.
