This is the third shooting in the last 30 days where someone seems to have been randomly attacked on the streets of Antioch with the motive unknown. A week before the shootings started we had a gang initiation where youths broke car windows in a neighborhood. It would be nice to know what the motive was on these previous cases, so that residents know whether this recent spate of shootings is gang violence, some kind madman attacking innocent people on our streets or simply individual occasions of violence where people lost control.

i had a tire shot flat at my car, parked in front of my house last week monday. the tire shop pulled out a 9 mm bullet, which was turned over to the police.
